1. 服務描述 and Acceptance

CodePus 是一個人工智能原生智能開發環境 (IDE),提供人工智能代碼完成,代理聊天,代碼搜索,MCP工具整合等功能.這些條款適用於 CodePus網站 (codepus.ai) 和客戶端應用程序.通過访问或使用我們的服務,您同意受到這些條款的束縛.

2. 帳戶 Registration and 安全性

如任何價格、幣別、稅費、折扣、優惠券或配額數值因錯誤而展示或適用，我們可隨時更正。錯誤或誤植價格對我們不具約束力；若因錯誤導致少收費用，我們可就差額補開帳單並收取。

4. 免費與試用條款

5. Acceptable Use 原則

使用 CodePus時,您不得:

7. Third-Party 服務

8. 服務 Availability

11. 责任限制

12. 赔偿

16. Final Usage Settlement and Outstanding Balances

Credits are reserved before an AI request begins and finally settled from actual usage after it completes. If Credits were available when the request began, we may allow the response to finish instead of cutting it off; usage beyond the then-available plan, reward, and booster Credits becomes an outstanding balance.
An outstanding balance is the actual usage difference for a completed service, not a new subscription renewal or a duplicate charge. After sign-in, the dashboard shows the amount, when it arose, a request reference, and related usage details.
You may pay the balance directly, review and confirm automatic deduction from a newly purchased or upgraded plan, or buy a personal booster for automatic deduction. Plan and booster settlement uses exact ledger Credits, and the same balance must never be deducted twice.
New paid requests may be paused until the balance is settled. The signed-in settlement page shows the cause, time, request reference, and all three settlement paths. The displayed balance and direct-payment amount are truncated to one USD decimal and CodePus covers the remaining fraction. No automatic charge is made during a reconciliation hold or billing inconsistency; contact support instead.
