Password recovery supports two methods: email verification code and security questions.
Email verification code
Open https://codepus.ai/forgot-password and select “Email Reset”.
Enter the registered email and request a verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code from the email within 15 minutes.
Enter and confirm the new password.
The request result is deliberately the same whether or not the email is registered, so account existence is not disclosed.
Security questions
Select “Security Questions” on the same page.
Enter the registered username, email, or phone number.
Answer all three security questions configured during registration.
Enter and confirm the new password.
If email delivery is not configured, the page opens the security-question method directly. Contact support if the account has no security questions configured.
Edge cases
Code not received: check the spam folder, then request a new code
Email no longer accessible: use security questions or contact support@codepus.ai
