1. Account
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity; if under 18, you may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API Key secrecy.
One email = one account.
2. Acceptable use
Forbidden:
Generating illegal, violent, child-unsafe content
Reverse engineering, quota or security bypass
Scraping, abusing upstream APIs
Reselling API service (without channel agreement)
Violation → account suspension, no refund.
3. Intellectual property
CodePus client, services, marks belong to us.
You own your inputs and AI outputs, but grant us a license needed to operate the service.
All fees, quota, and token consumption are determined solely by our server-side metering and billing records, which are authoritative and conclusive; our records prevail in any discrepancy.
You must dispute any charge in writing within 30 days of the charge date; otherwise it is deemed accepted and is not eligible for refund or adjustment.
If any price, tax, discount, or quota is displayed or applied in error, we may correct it at any time; an erroneous price does not bind us, and we may collect any under-charged difference.
Failed, reversed, or charged-back payments may result in immediate suspension or downgrade; we may retry collection and recover outstanding amounts plus reasonable collection costs.
5. Disclaimer
Service provided "as is"; no zero-error guarantee.
AI output may be wrong; review critical decisions manually.
6. Liability
Our cumulative liability won't exceed fees paid in the past 12 months.
7. Changes
Material changes 30 days notice. Continued use = acceptance.
